Section 80.91 - Issuance of a Texas Seal(a) Issuance of a Texas Seal requires the submittal of an application for Statement of Ownership , the applicable fee and the fee for each Texas Seal issued.(b) A Texas Seal can only be issued to a home meeting the definition of a HUD Code manufactured home or a mobile home.10 Tex.
