Section 80.70 - Enforcement(a) A licensee shall not obstruct or hinder any inspection, investigation, or enforcement efforts being carried out by the Department.(b) Subpoenas or any other order issued by the Director may be served by any person acting on behalf of the Director.10 Tex.
