Section 7.35 - Eligible Applicants(a) An eligible Subrecipient is a Unit of Local Government as defined by HUD in CPD Notice 17-10, or a Private Nonprofit Organization.(b) The Department reserves the option to limit eligible Subrecipient entities in a given NOFA.10 Tex. Admin. Code § 7.35
