Section 159.7 - Other SOAH Rules of ProcedureOther SOAH rules of procedure found at Chapter 155 of this title (relating to Rules of Procedure), Chapter 157 of this title (relating to Temporary Administrative Law Judges) and Chapter 161 of this title (relating to Requests for Records) may apply in contested cases under this chapter unless there are specific applicable procedures set out in this chapter. The rules that specifically apply include:
(1) Subchapter C, §§ 155.101, 155.103, and 155.105 of this title (relating to Filing Documents, Confidential Information, and Service of Documents on Parties);(2) Subchapter D, §§155.151 - 155.153, 155.155, 155.157 of this title (relating to Assignment of Judges to Cases, Disqualification or Recusal of Judges, Powers and Duties, Orders, and Sanctioning Authority);(3) Subchapter E, § 155.201 and § 155.203 of this title (relating to Representation of Parties and Withdrawal of Counsel);(4) Subchapter I, § 155.417 of this title (relating to Stipulations);(5) Subchapter I, § 155.425 of this title (relating to Procedure at Hearing);(6) Subchapter I, § 155.431 of this title (relating to Conduct and Decorum);(7) Section 157.1 of this title (relating to Temporary Administrative Law Judges); and(8) Section 161.1 of this title (relating to Charges for Copies of Public Information).1 Tex.
