The Commission adopts by reference the rules of the Texas Ethics Commission in 1 TAC Part 2, Chapter 45 (relating to Conflicts of Interest). The Texas Ethics Commission rules are located at the Office of the Secretary of State's internet website: www.sos.state.tx.us/tac/index.html. The Texas Ethics Commission has specific rulemaking authority relating to the ethical standards set out in Texas Government Code § RSA 2152.064 relating to conflicts of interest in certain transactions by the Texas Facilities Commission.
