Section 111.1 - Commission(a) All references to the "Commission" in this Chapter mean the Texas Facilities Commission. The Commission is composed of seven members: three members appointed by the Governor, two members appointed by the Governor from a list of nominees submitted by the Speaker of the House of Representatives, and two members appointed by the Lieutenant Governor. The Commissioners shall set policy and employ an Executive Director. The Commissioners retain and exercise all authority and responsibility assigned to them by law and not delegated to the Executive Director.(b) All decisions of the Commission shall be by majority vote of Commissioners present and voting.1 Tex.
