Section 87.11 - Eligibility to Be Commissioned as an Online Notary Public

In addition to the eligibility requirements in § RSA 87.10 of this title (relating to Eligibility to Hold the Office of Notary Public), an applicant must hold a commission as a traditional notary public before being eligible for appointment as an online notary public.
