Section 81.157 - Joint-Primary Contract with the County Election Officer(a) If a joint primary is approved, the county election officer shall supervise the primary and runoff elections, as applicable, in accordance with § RSA 172.126 of the Texas Election Code.(b) The county chair of each political party and election officer shall enter into an election services contract.(c) The rules set forth in § RSA 81.131 of this chapter (relating to Contracting with the County Election Officer) apply to the contract.1 Tex.
