Section 79.42 - Form of ConsentThe consent must be in writing and signed by an officer or authorized agent of the consenting entity. The signature of the person providing consent must be notarized. Consent given orally cannot be accepted. Consent from more than one entity may be required in some instances. Consent must not state conditions; it must give unequivocal consent.
