Section 66.21 - Nonstandard Funding

The OAG may fund projects, upon application, outside of the annual grant or contract cycle or at amounts higher or lower than provided for in this chapter based on availability of funds and a particularized need, consistent with the Texas Family Code, § RSA 2.014.
