(a) The attorney general shall notify the governmental body in writing of a request for review and provide the governmental body a copy of the request for review not later than the 5th business day after the date of receiving the request for review.(b) The attorney general shall provide the requestor a copy of the written notice to the governmental body, excluding a copy of the request for review, not later than the 5th business day after the date of receiving the request for review.1 Tex.
