Section 61.303 - Other Grounds for Reducing or Denying an Application or Award

An award of compensation also may be reduced or denied in the manner prescribed in §§ RSA 61.406, RSA 61.410, and RSA 61.413 of this chapter (relating to Collateral Sources; Changes in Circumstances; and Unjust Enrichment).
