Section 6.37 - Open Meetings(a) Except as provided by subsection (b) of this section, each meeting of the commission shall be conducted in accordance with the Open Meetings Law.(b) A commission meeting limited to consideration and action on matters relating to sworn complaints is not subject to the Open Meetings Law.1 Tex.
