Section 12.119 - Resolution after a Formal Hearing

The executive director shall dismiss a complaint if the commission fails to adopt a motion under section RSA 571.132 of the Government Code. The dismissal shall state the complaint was dismissed because there were insufficient commission votes to find that there was or was not a violation of law.
