Section 12.29 - Subpoenas Issued by Commission(a) A subpoena issued under section RSA 571.137 of the Government Code shall specify the date, time, place, and manner for execution of the subpoena.(b) A subpoena issued under section RSA 571.137 of the Government Code that requires a person to provide testimony shall be served on that person at least 10 business days before the date the subpoena is to be executed.1 Tex.
