Section 391.733 - Settlement Agreement(a) A settlement agreement may resolve an entire claim or any designated and severable portion of a claim. (b) To be enforceable, a settlement agreement must be in writing and signed by representatives of the contractor and HHSC. (c) A partial settlement does not waive parties' rights under Texas Government Code, Chapter 2260 as to the parts of the claims or counterclaims that are not resolved.1 Tex. Admin. Code § 391.733
