Section 372.1710 - Third-Party Processor Requirements(a) Retailers entering the EBT system that choose to use an authorized third-party processor must choose one that is certified to the Texas EBT system.(b) A third-party processor must: (1) comply with performance and technical standards set forth in RSA 274.12(h);(2) execute a written agreement adopted in accordance with RSA 274.12(g)(6) with the retailer management EBT contractor;(3) meet the qualifications established in § RSA 372.1702 of this subchapter (relating to EBT System Requirements); and(4) comply with applicable general conditions established in § RSA 372.1702 of this subchapter.1 Tex.
