Section 372.1511 - Using an EBT Card

(a) A TANF household uses its EBT card at participating retailers to:

(1) make purchases of its choice; or

(2) obtain cash.

(b) A SNAP household uses its EBT card to purchase eligible food at authorized retail food stores as defined in RSA 271.2.
