Section 372.454 - 60-Month Lifetime TANF Cash Limit

The Texas Health and Human Services Commission (HHSC) follows RSA 264.1 and applies a 60-month lifetime limit to all TANF households with an adult in the certified group. HHSC counts both TANF and TANF-State Program cash assistance benefit months toward the 60-month lifetime limit.
