Section 358.323 - Resource LimitsA person or a couple meets resources eligibility criteria if the value of all countable resources does not exceed the resource limits in RSA 416.1205.
(1) Individual resource limit. The individual resource limit applies to: (A) an adult who is single, even if he or she lives with relatives;(C) a person whose spouse lives in a different household.(2) Couple resource limit.
