Section 357.525 - Scheduling the Hearing(a) The hearing must be held and a written decision issued no later than 90 calendar days from the date the household member is notified of the hearing.(b) The hearing officer schedules the hearing at a reasonable time and place. He considers the household member's physical condition, location, and access to transportation. The hearing may be held in the field office where the file is located.1 Tex. Admin. Code § 357.525
