Section 351.1205 - Definitions

The following words and terms, when used in this division, have the following meanings unless the context clearly indicates otherwise:

(1) DARS--The Texas Department of Assistive and Rehabilitative Services.

(2) BEI--Board for Evaluation of Interpreters.
