Section 1720-04-05-.09 - RESTRICTIONS(1) University streets or grounds may not be used by any firm, corporation or person for advertising or commercial purposes.(2) Excessive noise by musical instruments, loudspeakers, faulty mufflers, or muffler cutouts is prohibited on streets within the Campus Area.(3) Student and staff vehicles are to be removed from designated parking lots by 7:00 a.m. on days when football games are scheduled at Neyland Stadium.
