Section 1700-05-03-.09 - NO GUARANTEE OF A MATCHING CONTRIBUTION(1) Notwithstanding any provision of these Rules to the contrary, neither the State, the Board, the Matching grant incentive program, nor the Eligible college savings program guarantees that any Beneficiary will receive a Matching contribution. The availability or the amount of the Matching contributions authorized by these Rules are subject to the appropriation of funds in each year's general appropriations act for the purposes set forth in these Rules.Tenn.
