Section 1700-03-01-.26 - BENEFITS FOR AGED STATE EMPLOYEES AND TEACHERS

Former state employees and teachers claiming service under T.C.A. §§ 8-39-101 or 8-39-102 shall be entitled to benefits from the date the application and certification is received or upon attainment of age 65, whichever is later.
