Section 1700-03-01-.14 - SOCIAL SECURITY LEVELING

In order to select the social security leveling plan of retirement, a member must have accumulated, at the time of retirement, sufficient quarters of coverage under Title II of the Federal Social Security Act to qualify for social security benefits.
