Section 1700-03-01-.10 - SUSPENSION OF DISABILITY BENEFITS

If a disability retiree is re-evaluated and it is determined that the retiree's condition has improved to the extent that he no longer qualifies for disability benefits, the benefits shall be suspended at the end of the month next following the completion of the re-evaluation.
