Section 1700-02-01-.05 - CUSTODY BY TREASURER(1) For all Property having a minimum value of Fifty Dollars ($50.00) that is held by the Treasurer, the Treasurer shall provide notice to the Apparent Owner meeting the requirements of T.C.A. § 66-29-130.(2) For all Property having a minimum value of Twenty-Five Dollars ($25.00) that is held by the Treasurer, the Treasurer shall list the names of the Apparent Owners on a website or database electronically searchable by the public.Tenn.
