Section 1680-02-04-.11 - PERMITS AND FEES(1) On or after July 1, 1981, it shall be unlawful for any junkyard located within the control area to be operated or maintained without a Junkyard Control Permit issued by the Commissioner of Transportation.(a) Permits shall be valid for the fiscal year for which they are issued and shall be subject to renewal from year to year.(b) Each application for an original or renewal permit shall be accompanied by a fee of fifty dollars ($50.00) which is not subject to either proration or refund.(c) A permit is valid only while held by the permitee and is valid only for the location and establishment for which it is issued.(d) A material violation of these rules shall render a permit voidable.Tenn.
