Section 1680-01-02-.08 - EXEMPTIONS

The provisions of the foregoing shall not apply to airports owned or operated by the United States. The Office of Aeronautics may from time to time, to the extent necessary, exempt any other airport from any requirement if it finds that the application of such a requirement would constitute an undue burden on such airport and is not required in the interest of public safety.
