Section 1670-06-01-.02 - ADMINISTRATIVE RULES AND REGULATIONS

The Commissioner of the Department of Tourist Development shall be responsible for regulating all fiscal and personnel management as it pertains to the promotion of the State of Tennessee as a tourist destination area, convention promotion and hotel and restaurant programs.
