Section 1660-02-07-.33 - LAKE BARKLEY(1) All vessels in the vicinity of the Dyer's Creek Recreation Area Launching Ramp, as delineated by buoys and /or signs, shall be operated as follows: (a) vessels shall operated at a "slow, no-wake speed".(b) vessels shall not tow water skis, tubes, surfboards, or similar devices.
