Section 1660-02-07-.31 - FORT PATRICK HENRY RESERVOIR(1) All motorboats being operated within the sight described below shall be operated at a "Slow-No Wake" speed and shall not tow person on water skis surfboard of similar devices:(2) Vessels being operated on Fort Patrick Henry Reservoir in the vicinity of Duck Island at Warrior Path State Park (HRM 11.7L) as delineated by a line of informational buoys shall operate as follows: (a) Motorboats shall operate at a "Slow-No Wake" speed.(b) Motorboats shall not tow a person on water skis surfboard or similar devices.Tenn.
