Section 1660-01-35-.01 - PURPOSE

(1) The purpose of the rule is to establish guidelines and processes for the administration of Lake Halford (formerly Carroll County 1000 Acre Lake) as a TWRA Lake.

(2) These rules supplement all other law and rules applicable to the activities on Lake Halford and supersede all rules of the Carroll County Watershed Authority.
