Each eligible postsecondary institution shall be responsible for certifying to TSAC that the student has met all eligibility requirements. Upon receiving such certification, TSAC will disburse the funds to the eligible postsecondary institution in equal amounts between the fall, spring, or summer terms provided the student does not receive the award for more than two (2) terms in the same academic year.
