Section 1370-02-.18 - MANDATORY RELEASE OF CLIENT RECORDS(1) Upon written request from a client or the client's authorized representative, licensees shall provide a complete copy of the client's records or summary of such records maintained by the licensee within ten (10) working days.(2) The individual requesting the records shall be responsible for payment of a reasonable fee in advance to the licensee for copying and mailing of the records.Tenn.
