Section 1360-11-01-.06 - APPEAL PROCEDURES(1) A program participant has the right to appeal the cancellation of program participation within thirty (30) days from the date of the notice of cancellation, unless otherwise limited by law or these rules. A petition for appeal may be submitted to the Office of the Secretary of State.(2) A program participant has the right to appeal the disclosure by the Office of the Secretary of State of the program participant's confidential address, or any other information pertaining to the program participant, disclosed to a state or federal agency within ten (10) business days of the Secretary's determination that such information should be disclosed.(3) Upon receipt of a petition for appeal, the Office of the Secretary of State will transmit the petition to the Administrative Procedures Division for a contested case hearing before an administrative law judge in accordance with the Uniform Administrative Procedures Act.Tenn.
