Section 1360-08-04-.06 - REDACTION OF CERTAIN INFORMATION

Pursuant to Tennessee Code Annotated Title 10, Chapter 7, Part 5, data entered into the information management system is public information. The filing office will not redact information. Personally identifiable information not required on forms should not be included in UCC records. All UCC forms contain the following notice: "NOTE: All information on this form is public record."
