Section 1360-08-03-.11 - INFORMATION STATEMENT

The filing of a statement of claim by a debtor or secured party shall have no effect upon the status of any party to the financing statement, the status of the financing statement, or the information maintained in the information management system. The filing of a statement of claim does not affect the effectiveness of an initial financing statement or other filed record.
