Section 1360-02-18-.03 - STATE ELECTION CODE GOVERNS

The Election Code of the State of Tennessee as embodied in Chapter 740, Public Acts of the General Assembly of Tennessee, 1972 (Title 2, Tennessee Code Annotated), as amended, shall govern the procedures for early voting.
