Section 1360-02-16-.04 - SUBMISSION TO NEWSPAPERS

The list described in 1360-2-16-.03 shall be provided to a newspaper of general circulation as that term is defined at T.C.A. § 2-1-104(a)(12) so that the paper may publish the information if it so chooses. The list shall also be provided to any other publication requesting it.
