Section 1360-02-16-.02 - INTENT OF REGULATIONS

It is the intent of these regulations to provide procedures by which county election commissions will supplement statutory requirements to compile lists of individuals who participate in early voting to help insure that the integrity of the early voting process is above reproach in both perception and in fact.
