Section 1360-02-13-.21 - VOTING BY ELECTRONIC VOTING MACHINES

Under the provisions of T.C.A. §2- 7-113 for at least the first two county wide elections in which electronic voting machines are used the machine operator shall fully instruct the voter on how to operate the machine.
