Section 1360-02-13-.01 - ADOPTION AND PROMULGATION

The following rules and regulations for the purchase and use of electronic voting systems in the State of Tennessee are hereby adopted and promulgated by the Coordinator of Elections of the State of Tennessee and approved by the Tennessee State Election Commission under the authority of T.C.A. § 2-9-110.
