Section 1360-02-10-.02 - PROCEDURES FOR ISSUANCE(1) Upon proper application by a voter for an absentee by mail ballot, the registrar shall process the application in accordance with T.C.A. § 2-6-202, and shall issue to the voter the following supplies: (a) An appropriately pre-punched absentee ballot.(c) A styrofoam backing for use when punching a card.(d) A ballot guide for absentee voting, indicating the punch portions for each candidate for each office in the selection.(e) A set of instructions for absentee voting by mail, which adequately describes the procedures to be followed to cast a punch card ballot by mail.(f) A disposable ballot punch.Tenn.
