Section 1360-02-06-.01 - ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS

In addition to all other requirements of Chapter 7 of Title 2 of the Election Code of the State of Tennessee (Section 2-7-101 et seq., Tennessee Code Annotated), the following sections of this Chapter and Chapters VII and VIII of these regulations shall govern election day activities in those counties in which punch card voting machines or devices are used.
