Section 1360-02-04-.07 - BALLOT PAGE ARRANGEMENT

The arrangement of the offices and candidates on the ballot pages shall conform to the regulations separately promulgated by the Coordinator of Elections and the State Election Commission in accordance with T.C.A. § 2-5-206(b)(2), and all such ballot page arrangements shall be submitted to the Coordinator of Elections for approval prior to the printing thereof as required by the said statute.
