Section 1350-02-.01 - APPLICABILITY OF REGULATION

This Chapter contains the mechanism by which Applicants who have submitted an application for a License or Registration to the Council pursuant to the Sports Gaming Act and the Rules promulgated thereunder (the "Rules"), may obtain a hearing on the denial of the Application or renewal. This Chapter also provides the procedure by which a License or Registration may be revoked, suspended, or not renewed, or upon which a fine or civil penalty may be imposed. These contested case provisions of the Uniform Administrative Procedures Act, T.C.A. §§ 4-5-301, et seq., apply to the extent that they do not conflict with the specific provisions of these Rules.
