Section 1340-03-06-.16 - FINANCIAL RESPONSIBILITY REQUIREMENTS(1) The manufacturer shall maintain comprehensive general liability insurance in the amount of at least one million dollars ($1,000,000.00) per occurrence with a three million dollar ($3,000,000.00) aggregate total liability that shall cover defects or problems with product design and materials; workmanship during manufacture; and BAIID calibration, installation, use, and removal. The manufacturer shall provide the Ignition Interlock Program written notice forty-five (45) days prior to cancellation, material change, or lapse of the insurance policy.(2) The service center shall maintain comprehensive general liability insurance in the amount of at least one hundred thousand dollars ($100,000.00) per occurrence with a three hundred thousand dollar ($300,000.00) aggregate total liability that shall cover defects or problems with the BAIID calibration, installation, use, and removal. The manufacturer shall provide the Ignition Interlock Program written notice forty-five (45) days prior to cancellation, material change, or lapse of the insurance policy held by any of its service centers.Tenn.
