Section 1340-03-04-.01 - PURPOSE(1) To provide local agencies with information about the enforcement of rules of the road on interstate highways by law enforcement agencies of municipalities with a population of 10,000 persons or less and to establish terms for the manner and method of enforcement of rules of the road on interstate highways by law enforcement agencies of municipalities with a population of 10,000 persons or less.Tenn.
